With the process of improving the fitness in your life, losing weight, or just wanting to look better like we all do, waking up at an earlier time opposed to your normal wake-up time can open up more time to help you with this process! Waking up early lifts this stress and preparation off of your shoulders. This benefits you solely off of the fact that you will be less stressed which will most definitely help you with your everyday fitness and your mental state. Ever since I started doing my morning meal prep, I have more time for everything in my life with no worry. 2. More time for exerciseThis is an obvious point you probably saw coming, but ever since I have started waking up early and working out in the morning, it energizes me throughout my day and overall improves my well being. This, like the points I made in why you should do early meal prep. It lifts stress off of your shoulders and can help improve your mental state as well as your physical being, as it did for me! How you can start waking up early1. alarm clockYes you obviously saw this coming....but it really helps! Simply setting an alarm on your phone, and placing it somewhere far from where you're sleeping does you wonders and is the starting point for waking up early. Its gonna be hard at first...very hard. What I do to help me is put a glass of water near my phone or alarm clock and drink the entire glass of water when I wake up. Then I immediately turn on the lights in my bedroom and next.... 2. ShowerYes! I take a shower to wake me up. I have grown to enjoy morning showers considerably more than showers in the evening because of the benefit that they bring. Forcing yourself into the shower is a must when you are in the beginning stages of waking up at an early time. 3. eat an energizing breakfastEating an energizing breakfast has made me realize its a pivotal step in my morning process. I cook two eggs and place them over white rice as I am currently trying to gain muscle. This breakfast will change your day and make your morning routine MUCH less tiring. The process of waking up early is no easy task but it is a high reward process. This will help you GREATLY in the process of gaining weight and muscle building.
